Every year Thanksgiving is a large deal in both of our families. We start thinking about the menu weeks in advance. I think last year we had a little over 20 people at the Harrison household. So in that spirit Nicole and I have decided to start a Thanksgiving series! Every week – up until the big day – we will be posting a recipe to accompany your Thanksgiving turkey and stuffing.
First up is this charred brussels sprouts with pomegranate glaze. It’s a fairly easy dish that packs a lot of flavor. The deepness of the char on the sprouts with the sweetness of seeds makes this one of our favorites to do. An added bonus is that it only needs two ingredients. We used 1 lbs of brussels for easy multiplication of this recipe to feed how ever many people you have over this holiday.
Thanksgiving is one of our favorite holidays. We hope you enjoy this recipe and look forward to some more recipes in the coming weeks.
